Hummus and Sausage Cheese Balls

Hummus
1 regular size can of Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans
3 cloves garlic minced
1 lemon
1 small container of Tahini
Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
1.    Drain the chick peas and put into a food processor or blender.  
2.    Add the minced garlic and the juice of one lemon to the chick peas and 3 tablespoons of Tahini.  
3.    Start the food processor/blender on low as you may need to stop and scrape the sides with a spatula to get it all in.  
4.    As the mixture begins to blend add the olive oil slowly a tablespoon at a time.  
5.    Stop, give it a stir, scraping the sides if need be to make sure you do not have any clumps and everything is getting well mixed.  
6.    Blend and continue to add olive oil until it is a creamy consistency.  
7.    Taste and add salt if you would like, blending it again to make sure it is well mixed in. 
8.    Serve with pita chips, pita bread or small cut veggies.

Sausage Cheese Balls
2 3/4 cups Bisquick Mix
1 lb uncooked  pork sausage (mild or hot are both good)
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup of milk

Directions:
1.    Mix all of the above ingredients well and
2.    form into balls about the size of a golf ball and
3.    place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and then into a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the balls are golden brown.  
4.    Serve warm or let cool and then put them into your fridge for serving later.
